Administration & Operations Overview

Applicable roles: Administrator (Super Administrator / Administrator)

Prerequisites: Signed in with an administrator account; see Quick Start

This page is the main entry point for administrators. Read "1. Where to Start" first to determine where to begin, then jump to the corresponding guide as needed.

1. Where to Start

The platform has a clear configuration dependency chain. Getting the order wrong causes downstream features to become unavailable or invisible to users.

New deployment: follow this order once

#StepGuideWhy it must be at this position
1Upload the organization logo and enter the organization short nameOrganization SettingsLogin page branding, purely cosmetic; it can be done first or last
2Connect a model provider and set the default modelModel Provider Access⚠️ The most critical step. Without a default language model, no user is able to converse
3Adjust the AI agent's prompt and tool permissionsAI Agent SettingsThe main AI agent is built in and works out of the box; adjust it as needed
4Configure dynamic scenesDynamic ScenesDepends on groups, so the groups must be created first (step 8)
5Register and enable pluginsPlugin ManagementOptional
6Connect MCP servicesMCP ConfigurationOptional. Context7 and WebSearch are already built in
7Register Git repositories and configure credentialsIntegration SettingsRequired for team collaboration scenarios
8Create groups, add users, and assign nodesUsers & Permissions⚠️ Users cannot use the platform at all until a node is assigned to them
9Authorize Skills and key documentsAssetsDepends on repositories and groups, so it must come after steps 7 and 8
10Register extension applicationsExtension SettingsOptional, used to connect existing enterprise business systems

For a platform that is already running: routine inspections

Note · The built-in "Super Administrator" and "Administrator" groups have exactly the same permissions, both with full access. The difference lies in the scope of visible data: the group membership of the Super Administrator cannot be modified, which preserves a highest-privilege entry point that cannot be accidentally downgraded.

Group-driven resource visibility

All resource authorization within the system is done on a per-group basis. This is the most common pitfall during troubleshooting — "the feature is missing" usually does not mean it is broken, it means it has not been authorized.

ResourceHow it is authorizedBehavior when unauthorized
Git repositoryVisible to specified groups; selecting no group = visible to administrators onlyUsers cannot see the repository in their workspace
Skill directoryThree states: explicitly authorized groups / follow repository authorization / publicThe Skill does not appear in the Skill selector in the input area
Key documentsSame as aboveThe directory is not visible during import
Dynamic scenesOwning groupThe scene does not appear in the scene selector
User AI agent tierSet directly by the administrator—
